Nepal-first calendar and Vedic astrology platform — public web app, iOS and Android app, astrologer portal, and admin console, all over a computation engine built from scratch, with an LLM assistant and report generator layered on top of it. I led the project and owned the backend, the engine, the AI layer and the infrastructure alone: four codebases, 1.2M+ lines, zero-downtime deploys, shipping since 2023.

Private news platform at SoftUp whose admin runs on an MCP server — the platform’s own operations exposed as governed tools, a provider-portable plan → act → observe agent loop over them, and retrieval on pgvector so the agent finds the right operation when the keywords do not match. Built solo.

The 30% logo rule is wrong in both directions

Every QR generator repeats the same advice about how big a logo can be. Error correction is applied per Reed-Solomon block, and a single finder module is fatal at any level — so the percentage is measuring the wrong thing entirely.

I was writing API contracts before implementation years before agents existed, for reasons that had nothing to do with generation speed. Which makes the current argument about the wrong variable.
